Charity Nuse, from the roots rock band Big Leg Emma, will team up with percussionist Billy Kates, for a performance on Saturday, September 19, 2009 at NIGHT LIGHTS at The Heron; an outdoor light show attraction set in the woods of The Heron property in Sherman, NY.

As a founding member of Big Leg Emma, Charity Nuse toured the East Coast and Midwest many times, playing large festivals and the club circuit. Charity always made sure that every Big Leg Emma show was a party, with her soaring vocals and energetic stage performance. The band opened for numerous national touring acts, including Rusted Root, Donna the Buffalo, The Gin Blossoms, and countless others. After Big Leg Emma went on hiatus in October 2008, Charity form a new project called Charity Nuse and the Drive. We look forward in welcoming Charity back to The Heron…a place that she’s rocked many times!

NIGHT LIGHTS is a unique outdoor light show attraction that is set throughout the forests and ponds of the Blue Heron property in Sherman, NY.  In the evening, guests walk a series of paths through a forest that is transformed with light and sound installations using different colors and tones inspired by the natural world.
